Was able to book in for a Class 7 MOT at short notice. Quality communication from their receptionist throughout. Very professional set up, you'll certainly get looked after!
Fantastic service. It was obvious they were having a busy day with customers already queuing up at 8:30am, and due to (my fault - didn't read my emails) an issue with the booking I wasn't actually planned in! They still managed to fit in the work (tyre change, Aircon regas, wheel alignment) on the same day! Really friendly and super happy to accommodate my mistake, I'll definitely be back (because of the experience - not a statement of my vehicles unreliability!)
This is the most professional garage I have ever been too, they work quickly and professionally, they are also honest with the work that needs doing, the staff are friendly and good old customer service is in play here. You feel like they want you business and appreciate you. There pricing is reasonable and you don’t feel ripped off like some other garages. I would strongly recommend them too everyone. I have used them several times for tyres, mot and servicing on my car
